Sourcing and Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient planning, execution, and control of all logistics operations supporting football competitions and events in Concacaf, including the administration and flow of materials, shipping, inventory, and 3PL coordination, to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery and compliance with established procedures. The position also in charge of sourcing goods and vendor coordination to ensure material availability.

Essential functions include serving as the primary logistics point of contact for all football events, coordinating with 3PL for material fulfillment, maintaining accurate shipping and inventory records, overseeing 3PL operations, reviewing and processing 3PL reports, tracking 3PL KPIs, sourcing and procurement of goods, ensuring timely delivery of purchased materials, and providing on-site logistics support for Tier 1 competitions.

Specific job knowledge, skills, and abilities include an associate degree in logistics and supply chain management, strong logistics and supply chain management knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, proven ability to plan and manage multiple events, experience with inventory management systems, solid analytical skills, knowledge of procurement processes, strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, high level of organization, acute attention to detail, and flexibility to travel nationally and internationally.
