Neighborly Home Care is looking to hire full- or part-time Caregivers and Direct Care Workers to provide non-medical home care services to clients receiving in-home care. This position offers some great benefits and opportunities, including:Competitive hourly pay Rewarding career pathFlexible schedulingIf this sounds like the right full- or part-time caregiving opportunity for you, apply today!Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:Bathing, grooming and personal hygieneDressing and toileting assistanceMobility support and transfers with client assistCompanionship and emotional supportMeal preparation and feeding (if needed)Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying up client's space, linens, etc.) Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior to supervisorFollow individualized care plans and company policies Requirements: At least two years of caregiving experienceEligible to work in the United States (we cannot provide sponsorship)Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, TB test, physical criminal background check Valid drivers license, vehicle registration, and insuranceReliable transportation WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CAREGIVERThese caregiving positions can be full- or part-time. Shifts include days, nights, and weekends.
