Shipping and Recieving Coordinator

Job Description We're looking for a dependable Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to manage incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining accurate package and tracking records. This role supports efficient warehouse operations by routing deliveries, preparing shipments, organizing inventory, and providing documentation support for corporate accounts payable functions. What You'll Do Receive incoming UPS, FedEx, freight, and other deliveries and route materials and packages to the appropriate department. Prepare and send outgoing packages and freight accurately and efficiently to support daily business and operational needs. Process, package, and ship employee uniforms to MPW branches while helping ensure orders are directed to the correct locations. Record incoming and outgoing packages to maintain organized, accurate shipping and receiving documentation. Maintain the shipment tracking number log so package information is readily available for reference and follow-up. Verify shipment and package information as part of the receiving and outgoing shipping process. Coordinate the movement of incoming deliveries to the appropriate internal departments to support timely distribution. Support outgoing freight and package preparation to help ensure materials are ready for scheduled shipment. Assist with shelving parts and organizing materials within the warehouse to support efficient storage and retrieval. Maintain shipping, receiving, and warehouse work areas in a neat, orderly, and clean condition throughout daily operations. Complete assigned shipping and receiving tasks in a safe and efficient manner while following established workplace procedures. File documents that support corporate accounts payable functions and help maintain organized business records. Maintain accurate records that support package tracking, shipment visibility, and internal follow-up when needed. Work with internal departments to help resolve routine questions related to incoming packages, outgoing shipments, and delivery routing. Support warehouse organization by placing parts in designated shelving locations and helping keep materials accessible. Monitor routine shipping and receiving activities to help ensure packages are processed, recorded, and distributed appropriately. Handle shipping and receiving information carefully to support reliable documentation and efficient warehouse operations. Assist with additional shipping, receiving, warehouse, and related duties as directed to support changing operational needs. What You'll Need High school diploma or GED. 1–2 years of shipping and receiving experience, with familiarity handling incoming deliveries, outgoing packages, and freight. Typing skills necessary to maintain shipment records, tracking information, and related documentation accurately. Math skills needed to support routine shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities.
