Part‑time Janitorial Supervisor/ Floor Care – Drive to Multi‑Sites Marsden South Address: Austin, TX, 78719, US Compensation: $20.00/hour Job Type: Permanent Highlights Responsible for traveling to and overseeing locations across New Braunfels, San Marcos, Kyle, Austin, Round Rock, Leander, and Taylor. Candidates must have prior supervisory experience as well as hands‑on floor technician experience. A pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check are required. Valid driver’s license and good driving record required. Part‑time Janitorial Supervisor with Floor Care Tech experience at Marsden South Shift Monday to Friday, and some weekends (days and times will be discussed during the interview), 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Part‑time, 25 hours per week. Hourly Rate $20.00 Location Drive around Austin, TX. and surrounding areas. Requirements You must be 18 years old. Be able to comply with a fingerprint clearance if needed. A valid driver’s license will be required. A pre‑employment drug screen and a criminal background check are mandatory as well. You must have at least 2 years of Janitorial Supervisor experience. You must have at least 2 years of Floor Technician experience. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required. Ability to perform physical tasks as needed. You must be available to work flexible hours. Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies, including tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook. Able to lift up to 30 lbs. Job Duties Manage and oversee a team of cleaners. Inspect all work performed to ensure it meets company standards, client expectations, and any applicable local, state, or federal regulations. Supervise and train staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Create weekly schedules for cleaning staff, including daily assignments, lunch breaks, and time off. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed for each account. Perform cleaning duties (e.g., sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, restocking restrooms, and trash disposal). Required to support floor care operations, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and routine floor maintenance. Be available to cover shifts when required.
