The Recovery Specialist II provides direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards. Shifts Available Days & shifts vary Expected starting wage range is $21 - $21.58, with a $1000 sign‑on bonus. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Weekend shift differentials for hourly staff: 5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift. Nine paid holidays. PM Shift 6%, Overnight Shift 10%.
