Experience: 9 to 12 Yrs Job Summary We are looking for someone with strong experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide AI guardrails and governance frameworks. The role requires evaluating, standardizing, and operationalizing controls across multiple agent platforms and technologies used within the enterprise. Will drive advanced geospatial analysis and decision support using M365 Copilot and Dynamics 365 Copilot to transform complex spatial data into actionable insights for global operations. The role involves hybrid collaboration with cross functional teams to optimize mapping solutions, improve business outcomes, and contribute to socially impactful location based strategies across diverse markets. • Lead complex geospatial analysis initiatives that convert multidimensional spatial data into clear insights supporting strategic decisions across global markets and internal business stakeholders.
• Drive the design and optimization of map based solutions that enhance operational efficiency and contribute to better resource allocation and sustainable outcomes for communities served by the company.
• Oversee the development of geospatial models and spatial data layers that align with enterprise standards while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and long term maintainability of location intelligence assets.
• Leverage M365 Copilot to streamline data exploration, documentation, and reporting workflows by automating repetitive analysis tasks and enabling faster delivery of geospatial insights to decision makers.
• Apply Dynamics 365 Copilot capabilities to enrich customer and asset data with location context, generating predictive and descriptive analytics that improve service planning and market strategy.
• Collaborate with cross functional hybrid teams in analytics, operations, and business domains to translate geospatial findings into practical actions that directly influence project planning and societal impact.
• Provide guidance on best practices for spatial data governance including metadata standards, data quality checks, and ethical use of location information to protect privacy and comply with regulatory expectations.
• Coordinate creation of interactive map dashboards and visual narratives that clearly communicate complex geographic patterns to non technical audiences and support inclusive data driven discussions.
• Implement scalable processes for ingesting, cleaning, and transforming diverse geospatial data sources so that mapping products remain reliable, timely, and aligned with evolving business priorities.
• Evaluate emerging geospatial tools and artificial intelligence features within M365 Copilot and Dynamics 365 Copilot to continuously enhance analytical methods and maintain a forward looking technology stack.
• Document workflows, analytical assumptions, and data lineage in a structured manner to ensure reproducibility, support audit requirements, and enable knowledge sharing across geospatial and analytics communities.
• Mentor junior analysts on spatial methodologies, responsible automation, and impact focused thinking so that geospatial work consistently contributes to societal benefit and organizational purpose.
• Coordinate with business partners to prioritize geospatial initiatives that address high value challenges such as accessibility planning, environmental risk assessment, and equitable service distribution.

• Possess nine to twelve years of progressive experience in geospatial analysis or location intelligence roles with a strong track record of delivering map centric insights that influence business outcomes.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency working with M365 Copilot including using generative assistance to automate documentation, query construction, and narrative reporting for spatial analytics work.
• Show solid hands on experience with Dynamics 365 Copilot including applying generative capabilities to enrich customer data, visualize territory performance, and optimize geo enabled business processes.
• Exhibit strong knowledge of geographic information systems concepts spatial statistics and cartographic principles using industry tools to create accurate and meaningful maps for varied stakeholders.
• Display capability to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment by using collaboration platforms and structured communication practices to coordinate complex projects across locations.
