Quality Assurance Supervisor

Summary

• Support the Quality Assurance Manager in maintaining and improving quality systems.
• Ensure customer expectations and manufacturing quality standards are met.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise Quality Inspectors and support production deadlines.
• Provide leadership across quality systems, inspections, new product launches, and OTD/Safety.
• Create, revise, and maintain SOPs.
• Investigate root causes of quality issues and customer complaints.
• Coordinate corrective actions, audits, and customer returns.
• Oversee testing and outside laboratory activities.
• Maintain manufacturing quality standards and department performance.
• Utilize basic quality tools for data collection and process improvement.
• Provide quality feedback to manufacturing teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Quality Management experience required.
• Blueprint reading experience; testing required during interview.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 .
• Continuous Improvement experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Results-driven with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Compensation

• $60K-$70K annually, DOE
