- Support the Quality Assurance Manager in maintaining and improving quality systems.
- Ensure customer expectations and manufacturing quality standards are met.
- Supervise Quality Inspectors and support production deadlines.
- Provide leadership across quality systems, inspections, new product launches, and OTD/Safety.
- Create, revise, and maintain SOPs.
- Investigate root causes of quality issues and customer complaints.
- Coordinate corrective actions, audits, and customer returns.
- Oversee testing and outside laboratory activities.
- Maintain manufacturing quality standards and department performance.
- Utilize basic quality tools for data collection and process improvement.
- Provide quality feedback to manufacturing teams.
- 5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Quality Management experience required.
- Blueprint reading experience; testing required during interview.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 .
- Continuous Improvement experience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Results-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- $60K-$70K annually, DOE
