Physician – Internal Medicine
Location: Danbury, CT (Post-Acute Care Practice)
Position Type: Full-Time
Overview:
\n Join a highly rated, physician-led group practice in the Danbury area. This is an excellent opportunity for a board-certified internal medicine physician to provide post-acute care services in a collaborative, flexible environment.

Patient Volume: 15–20 patients per day
\n - \n
Role: Physician (post-acute care practice)
\n - \n
Signing bonus available

Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- \n
Deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communities
\n - \n
Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams while following CMS guidelines
\n - \n
Partner with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies to ensure safe patient transitions
\n - \n
Maintain timely documentation and billing through EMR in compliance with Medicare standards
\n
