Restaurant Manager

Schedule: Full-time, flexible scheduling | Pay: $45,000–$58,000/year + Bonus

Job Summary

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), retail, or hospitality environments. This role will lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and systems such as CrunchTime or HotSchedules is preferred.

Qualifications - Restaurant Manager

2+ years of experience leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Experience hiring, training, and developing employees
Experience with scheduling and inventory management
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred

Responsibilities - Restaurant Manager

Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver exceptional guest service
Hire, train, and retain team members
Manage daily restaurant operations and maintain company standards
Drive sales while managing labor, inventory, and operating costs
Create employee schedules and monitor staffing needs
Manage inventory, invoices, and back-office processes
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally
Partner with retail and store leadership to ensure smooth operations
