Position Overview

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across the organization , driving efficiency, and ensuring that business strategies are executed effectively.

This role involves close collaboration with the CEO, executive leadership team, and department heads to optimize operational processes, manage cross-functional initiatives, and support organizational growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure alignment with strategic objectives

• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices

• Drive process improvements, efficiency initiatives, and performance optimization

• Oversee department leaders, including finance, HR, IT, and operations teams

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics across the organization

• Support mergers, acquisitions, and integration efforts from an operational perspective

Preferred Qualifications
