About the Role
The Company is seeking an inaugural President, Foundation to join its executive team. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, strategic, and visionary leader, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, diversified fundraising strategy that aligns with the organization's priorities. This role is pivotal in strengthening the long-term sustainability and impact of the company, which is dedicated to empowering people to lead meaningful lives as they age. The President, Foundation will also be tasked with fostering a high-performing, mission-driven culture, serving as a visible ambassador, and building strong relationships with executive leadership, the Board, donors, residents, and community stakeholders. Applicants for the President, Foundation position at the company should possess strong business acumen, deep fundraising expertise, and a proven track record in building and scaling philanthropic programs. The role involves establishing the Foundation's operational infrastructure, including systems for performance management, financial oversight, and donor stewardship. The ideal candidate will work in close partnership with the Board to enhance governance, elevate the company's external presence, and use data-driven insights to inform strategy. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and advance the company's mission and growth. The role is open to candidates residing in various locations, including Medford, OR; Tempe, AZ; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA.
