Job Description Qualifications Must hold New Jersey Bilingual certificate with an instructional certificate in line with the content/grade level appropriate for the position held Knowledge of the NJSLS and NJSLA Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis and research related to learning and children needing to learn English as a second language.
