About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join their global team. A minimum of 15 years' of finance leadership experience, including senior roles in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, is required. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management for a publicly traded company. Experience in enterprise financial analysis, capital allocation, and supporting business development activities such as M&A and licensing is essential.
