Spirit Halloween in Pennsylvania is searching for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown of the seasonal store. Responsibilities include maximizing sales, developing staff, and ensuring quality guest service. The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, physically capable of lifting/moving 50 pounds, and possesses prior retail management experience.
