Assisted Living - Registered Nurse (RN) Pay: $70,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year Position: Full-time, day-shift position with on-call rotation responsibilities No scheduled weekend or holiday shifts with the exception of phone triage during scheduled on-call rotation Job description Due to an upcoming retirement, Valley VNA Assisted Living is seeking a full-time, compassionate RN who shares our passion & dedication for service and support with our residents and care teams with our assisted living communities. Working collaboratively with 2 other, full-time RNs, the ideal candidate must possess strong nursing/clinical assessment skills, excellent verbal & written communication skills, and critical thinking abilities. Additionally, the candidate must support our mission-focused, person-directed life foundations of care and support. Summary of Duties Clinical resource for residents, their families, and our care teams Assessment skills to evaluate resident's needs or changes in condition Participate & collaborate in quality and clinical improvement projects Participate in service plan meetings with residents, their families, and an interdisciplinary team Process & monitor pharmaceutical program for residents Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team for initial and ongoing staff education Experience At least one year experience as an RN Experience in aging services License: Valid RN license through the State of Wisconsin #J-18808-Ljbffr
