Qualifications:

Active LPN or RN license
Minimum 13 years of nursing experience (senior care preferred)
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making
Strong communication and organizational abilities
