Project management experience in commercial relocation, logistics, construction, or installation preferred. Experience coordinating field teams, vendors, or subcontractors. Comfortable working in both office and on-site environments. Excellent communication skills. Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail. Leadership ability in both formal and informal settings. Own full lifecycle of commercial relocation and installation projects. Review project scope, timelines, budgets, and contract requirements. Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules. Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues. Manage scope changes and ensure proper documentation (change orders). Communicate timelines, updates, and expectations clearly. Address and resolve customer concerns to maintain strong relationships. Maintain accurate project records and reporting systems. Manage project billing to ensure timely invoicing and payment. Collaborate with internal teams on service delivery strategies.
