Working fully onsite at our corporate office, youll collaborate closely with finance colleagues, facility leadership, and operational partners while gaining hands-on experience across skilled nursing, assisted living, pediatric specialty care, and pharmacy operations. Responsibilities What Youll Do As a Staff Accountant: Perform monthly financial accounting and analysis for assigned companies. Prepare internal financial statements for operational leaders and external financial statements for lenders. Analyze financial performance, including budget variances and month-over-month trends. Present monthly operating results and financial insights to facility leadership and the executive team. Support the monthly close process for multiple companies, including expense accruals, adjusting entries, and balance-sheet reconciliations. Partner with facility administrators and department leaders to review financial reports, budget comparisons, and operating results. Prepare audit workpapers and supporting schedules for external auditors. Contribute to special projects and other financial initiatives as needed. From Up to Qualifications What Were Looking for in a Staff Accountant: Youre an analytical, detail-oriented accounting professional who can turn financial information into clear, useful insights. Youre comfortable managing deadlines, working across multiple priorities, and collaborating with both financial and operational leaders.
