Help power a sustainable metals operation by keeping our mobile fleet safe, reliable, and production-ready.

Role snapshot

• Install, repair, construct, test, adjust, and service plant mobile equipment.
• Maintain and repair a variety of internal combustion engine platforms (forklifts, loaders, yard vehicles).
• Operate at elevated levels and use mobile equipment, pneumatic/electric hand tools, and jacks.
• Apply OSHA requirements to mobile equipment and confirm operation of safety devices.
• Use diagnostic tools to locate faults and validate repairs.

Work environment & schedule

• Heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards.
• Day shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with a scheduled shift every other fourth Saturday.

Compensation & incentives

• Direct hire starting at $31.78/hr with scheduled increases.
• MONTHLY INCENTIVE BONUS: up to $500.00 .
• Retention bonuses: 3 months $250; 6 months $500; 9 months $750; 12 months $1000.
