Basic Qualifications Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a 2-year MBA with an expectation that your degree will be obtained by August 2027 or earlier. Currently has: A Bachelor\'s Degree or Master\'s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR A Bachelor’s degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience leveraging data and customer insights to make strategic business decisions, influencing stakeholders to adopt proposed strategies, translating business strategy into roadmaps, and leading high functioning teams through execution MBA joint degrees with technical Master’s programs (e.g., MS/MBA) 4+ years of professional experience in Technology, Data Science, Consulting, Strategy, or Financial Services Demonstrated interest and experience in product management, software delivery, data science, software engineering, or leveraging software to solve customer and business problems MBA Product Manager - 2027 Product Managers at Capital One build products that empower millions of customers to achieve financial success and thousands of employees to serve our customers. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Chicago, IL: $169,000 - $169,000 for Manager, Product Management McLean, VA: $186,000 - $186,000 for Manager, Product Management New York, NY: $203,000 - $203,000 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $169,000 - $169,000 for Manager, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
