What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver primary care services to a diverse patient population, including conducting physical exams, ordering and interpreting tests, and tailoring treatment plans to individual needs.
• Act as a patient advocate , guiding patients and families through their healthcare journeys with compassion and clarity.
• Mentor student and resident physicians, shaping the next generation of healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to improve quality of care , participate in peer reviews, and set clinical standards.
• Help develop and implement new clinic programs and innovative healthcare initiatives.
