Sole focus will be Crothall Healthcare EVS for the South-Central Region. He/she is responsible for the implementation, execution, and effectiveness of Crothall Healthcare patient satisfaction programs. Top three area of focus will be to improve patient experience scores across the region. Build and improve client relationships. Build and improve nursing relationships. Support all strategic business reviews.
