Job Description
As a Technical Transformation Lead, you will drive the integration of innovative technologies to transform and modernize the transit operations. You will oversee the technical aspects of strategic initiatives, ensuring the successful implementation of new systems and solutions that enhance operational efficiency. What You'll Do Lead Technical Initiatives: Manage the implementation of cutting-edge technologies to improve transit systems, infrastructure, and service delivery. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with senior leaders and technical teams to align transformation goals with business objectives, ensuring smooth integration across departments. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements through technology to streamline operations and reduce costs. Technology Integration: Lead the adoption and integration of new tools, systems, and platforms to enhance operational efficiency and service reliability in the transit sector. Monitor Progress: Track the success of technical transformations, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and alignment with strategic goals. Requirements What You Bring Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in leading technical transformation projects, preferably in the transit or transportation industry. Preferred: Strong technical background with excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
