Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,401–$2,515 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Start date: 07/20/2026 Setting: Hospital operating room in Bangor, ME Responsibilities Provide perioperative nursing care for surgical patients in the operating room, following state and facility policies Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to ensure patient safety and efficient procedures Monitor patient status, vital signs, anesthesia equipment, and maintain sterile technique throughout procedures Assist with patient positioning, equipment checks, specimen handling, and communication during case transitions Document intraoperative care accurately and communicate effectively during handoffs to recovery and other teams Support preoperative and postoperative workflows as delegated by the Unit Director and Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse Requirements Active Maine RN license BLS and ACLS required within 30 days of hire Telemetry experience preferred Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 per state mandate Ability to work in a hospital operating room environment and collaborate with the surgical team Benefits Guaranteed 40 hours per week 13-week travel assignment 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated on-site assignment support Orientation available (up to 16 hours; unpaid) #J-18808-Ljbffr
