The Opportunity
Bloom Talent Solutions is seeking a Landscape Account Manager in Las Vegas, Nevada.
This client-facing role combines relationship management, property oversight, and sales of enhancements. The Account Manager will partner with field operations to maintain service quality, address client needs, and ensure commitments are completed on time.
The ideal candidate brings landscape maintenance knowledge, strong follow-through, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships across an assigned landscape maintenance portfolio.
- Conduct regular property inspections to evaluate landscape conditions, service quality, and contract compliance.
- Coordinate with production leaders and field crews to communicate priorities and resolve service concerns.
- Maintain consistent client communication regarding property needs, service schedules, and outstanding requests.
- Identify landscape enhancement opportunities, including planting, irrigation improvements, seasonal color, and property upgrades.
- Prepare and present enhancement proposals in coordination with estimating and operations.
- Support contract renewals and client retention through proactive service and timely follow-up.
- Track proposals, client communications, and open action items in the company’s management system.
- Monitor account performance and collaborate with operations to support profitability.
- Promote safe work practices and professional standards across assigned properties.
Qualifications
- Experience in landscape account management, landscape operations, or a related client-facing role.
- Working knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and irrigation systems.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities.
- Confidence discussing property improvements and presenting proposals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, field teams, and company leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn landscape management software.
Preferred Experience
- Commercial landscape maintenance experience.
- Familiarity with desert landscaping, drought-tolerant plants, and water-efficient irrigation.
- Experience with enhancement sales, estimating, and contract renewals.
- Spanish language proficiency.
