Individual Life Underwriter

Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced Individual Life Underwriter to assist their team. This position is a consulting position that will last 6+ months, is fully remote and equipment is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Individual life production underwriting

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recent individual life underwriting experience
• $2M+ past signing authority, up to 10 million
• Underwriting as a Service experience (preferred)
• Reinsurance experience (facultative underwriting) (preferred)

Pay Range:

The anticipated pay range for this position is $40-$45 per hour. We understand that salary is an important factor in a job search, and we encourage you to apply even if you feel that your desired compensation may fall outside of the listed range. The final pay for this position is determined based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and certifications, education and training, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
