Riverside Urology Specialists - Gloucester
Registered Nurse (RN) - Urology Outpatient
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with outpatient urology experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in our urology outpatient clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform catheterizations and assist with urology procedures, including cystoscopies, vasectomies, and biopsies.
- Conduct patient assessments, including monitoring vitals and utilizing a bladder scanner.
- Collaborate with a surgeon and an advanced practice provider to ensure effective patient care.
- Manage a high patient volume, with appointments scheduled every 30 minutes.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous experience in urology outpatient settings is required.
- Proficient in performing necessary procedures related to urology.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Work Schedule
This position requires a full-time commitment with a day shift schedule, consisting of five 8-hour shifts from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM.
