Civil Litigation Paralegal

About the Company WWMG Law, a premier civil litigation firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced civil litigation paralegal to join our dynamic team. This full‑time, hourly position offers an opportunity to support high‑stakes civil litigation matters in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Assist attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, including preparing settlement agreements, drafting subpoenas, drafting written discovery documents, preparing medical/billing summaries, motions practice, and trial preparation. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in civil litigation, preferably in California state and federal courts. Familiarity with federal civil procedure. Strong knowledge of California civil procedure code and rules required. Proficiency in legal software such as Clio, Microsoft Office Suite. Accountable, self‑starter, with excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure while meeting strict deadlines. Associate’s degree or paralegal certificate required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a bonus. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Remote working arrangements available for the right candidate. Required Skills Strong knowledge of California civil procedure code and rules. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Pay range and compensation package Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary range is $30.00 to $40.00 per hour depending upon experience.
