Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and set sales appointments
• Respond promptly to internet leads
• Transferring calls to the right destination.
• Provide initial product information and guide customers to the right resources
• Follow up with leads who are not ready to schedule or who missed appointments
• Participate in team meetings and process improvement sessions
• Maintain strong relationships with teammates and management
• Consistently use the CRM system to track and manage customer interactions

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative mindset
• Professional, prompt, and courteous communication style
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Comfortable with computers and CRM systems
• Valid driver's license
