As a Sales & Design Consultant, youll meet with homeowners to design and sell custom organization solutions. We provide pre-set appointments no cold calling! Youll help clients bring order and style to their homes while earning great income. What Youll Do
- Meet with new and repeat clients
- Build rapport and assess home organization needs
- Design custom solutions using our easy-to-learn process
- Present products and close sales
- Follow up to ensure a great customer experience
- Paid Training hands-on program
- Flexible Schedule variable hours, work close to home
- Pre-Set Appointments no cold calling
- Growth Path advance to Senior Designer with higher pay and bonuses
- Supportive Team open-door leadership and ongoing mentorship
- $50,000 - $100,000 per year (based on performance)
