What You’ll Do

• Set up and prepare job sites: measure, mark, and organize work areas for accurate placement.
• Mix, pour, and finish concrete per specifications and project requirements.
• Operate essential equipment—mixers, trowels, and related power tools—to deliver consistent results.
• Manage curing and finishing processes to achieve quality, durability, and appearance goals.
• Collaborate closely with team members and other trades to maintain schedule alignment.
• Follow all safety procedures and keep the site clean and orderly.
• Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure peak performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (industry certifications welcomed).
• Experience in concrete work or a similar construction role.
• Strong understanding of mixing, placing, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent physical endurance and strength for manual labor.
• Keen attention to detail with a focus on craftsmanship and quality.
• Team-oriented communicator who contributes to a positive work environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Richmond-area job sites.
