Server Assistant - Wild Fork

Job Location: Tulsa, OK 74114 Key Responsibilities Run food to tables. Quality Control – check each plate for accuracy, portions, garnish, and presentation before it leaves the kitchen. Timing Management – ensure that all items for a table are ready at the same time for smooth service. Maintain Flow – keep the pass area organized and clean and ensure hot food stays hot and cold food stays cold. Clean tables. Assist servers with tasks. Qualifications Previous experience in an Expo or similar role in a fast‑paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a passion for perfection in food presentation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A positive, team‑oriented attitude.
