Core Functions Partner with management to acquire leads and progress them via qualification Participate in sales and marketing functions (networking events, studio tours, meet-and-greet events, etc.) Manage and utilize proprietary estimating system Manage the entire sales process from telemarketing to estimating and closing deals Execute a strong prospecting approach including audience segmentation, call scripting, and reporting Attend client meetings and entertainment as appropriate. (this position may require the occasional off-hours or weekend commitment) Other Required Skills Sales curious (constantly asking questions to learn about the customer with a desire to build relationships and fully understand their business needs) Strong communication and listening skills The ability to adapt sales style to a particular customer Highly motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personality Professionalism, confidence, and willingness to roll-up sleeves and drive results Ideal Candidates Will Also Possess 1+ years of prior sales or estimating experience Sign, graphic, vinyl, wrap, or installation knowledge Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Compensation: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour Working at SpeedPro and in the large-format printing industry, gives you a chance to be creative.
