Staffing Coordinator

Our client, Bloom Energy, is seeking a highly organized Staffing Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition team in Newark, DE. This role is responsible for interview scheduling, candidate coordination, recruiting administration, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews through Workday
• Manage candidate communications and interview logistics
• Coordinate candidate travel and expense reports
• Support recruiters with ATS data entry and reporting
• Initiate and track background checks and drug screenings
• Draft and send offer letters
• Assist hiring managers and executives with scheduling needs
• Maintain recruiting documentation and reports
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; degree preferred
• 2-4 years of administrative, recruiting, HR, or related experience
• Workday experience preferred
• Strong Outlook and calendar management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional, detail-oriented, and customer service focused
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

This is a full-time contract position with a maximum duration of 18 months and requires working on-site five days per week.
