Quality Inspector
The Quality Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring the quality of manufacturing components through diligent product inspection and process monitoring. Working primarily as an individual contributor, this role involves identifying defects using manual inspection techniques, documenting findings accurately, and collaborating regularly with suppliers and external vendors to maintain high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect manufacturing components to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Monitor production processes for consistency and compliance
- Identify and document defects and non-conformities
- Maintain detailed inspection records and quality reports
- Perform root cause analysis to determine sources of defects
- Recommend and follow up on corrective actions to resolve issues
- Collaborate regularly with suppliers and external vendors to uphold quality requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Entry-level experience in quality inspection and quality control
- Familiarity with inspection techniques and tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and reporting skills
