Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Located in Hershey, PA, Milton Hershey School (MHS) serves over 2,200 pre‑K‑12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds with a cost‑free, career‑focused education. The campus is fully endowed, and the school has produced over 12,000 graduates. MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full‑time Flex Houseparents, who live on campus and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support to a group of 8‑13 students in a home‑like environment. Responsibilities Providing daily supervision and mentorship to students Managing household routines and student schedules Administering medications and ensuring student wellness Driving students to activities and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel Overseeing budgeting and household reporting Schedule: Upon hire, Flex Houseparents support various student homes on a cycle of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. During the week, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. They eventually transition into a Placed Houseparent role, living and working with the same group of students in their own home.
