Sales Representative - Germany

In order to reinforce the Fleetback team and sustain our growth, we are looking for a Sales Representative – Germany (Central, Northern & Western Regions). Fleetback develops innovative SaaS solutions for the automotive industry, helping car dealerships transform their sales and aftersales processes through digital technologies. Our cloud-based platform combines mobile and web applications to deliver exceptional user experiences and measurable business value to dealership networks across Europe. To support our continued growth in Germany, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to develop our business across Central, Northern and Western Germany. The position is based on a German employment contract within a company belonging to the Fleetback Group. Your Responsibilities Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities with automotive retailers and dealer groups; Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract closing; Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations and presentations, both remotely and on-site; Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within dealership organizations; Support customers during onboarding and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth implementation process; Monitor market developments, competitor activities and customer needs; Achieve and exceed Market sales targets and KPIs; Participate in sales meetings and provide regular reporting to management. Your Profile Required Skills You are a driven, autonomous and results-oriented sales professional; You enjoy prospecting and developing new business opportunities; You have experience in B2B sales, business development or account management; Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage, but not a requirement; You possess excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills; You are comfortable working independently while collaborating with an international team; You are willing to travel regularly across your assigned territory; You are fluent in German and English (spoken and written); Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
