Responsibilities Program Administration Support for the Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) portfolio team, providing direct support to the Program Director, Program Managers, RAM Program, and interface with RAM functional leadership and portfolio teams. Maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information; build relationships with leadership through professional communication. Onsite responsibilities include coordinating with the Tucson, AZ facility; relocation assistance is not available. What You Will Do Manage calendars with flexibility, prioritizing schedules across multiple time zones. Prepare documents such as meeting minutes, presentations, reports, and correspondence. Coordinate travel arrangements and complete expense reports by required deadlines. Arrange conference rooms, catering, audio/video, and other meeting support services. Provide program customer support including escorts for in-person meetings. Manage program building and facilities support; maintain office inventory and verify receipt of supplies. Submit visit requests via approved Raytheon tools. Build and maintain good business relationships with managers and administrative staff. What You Will Learn Raytheon and RTX business acumen SBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities among programs and functional areas, and deliverables Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Prior experience providing administrative support to large employee populations, groups, or leaders. Prior experience with scheduling and coordinating meetings, event planning, travel arrangements and/or preparing reports. Prior experience supporting director-level leaders. Qualifications We Prefer Experience using Microsoft Office Suite tools (Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel). Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience with Zoom and SharePoint technologies. About RTX and compensation : The salary range for this role is 53,100 USD - 100,900 USD.
