Position Registered Nurse (RN) – Adult Behavioral Health (PRN – Days) Location Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center – Adult Behavioral Health Unit, Winston–Salem, NC, USA Job Details Status: Part time PRN Hours per week: 0 Schedule: Days (PRN) Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Where You Will Work Our Adult Behavioral Health Unit offers a rewarding setting for professionals passionate about mental health. With 24 beds dedicated to adults experiencing acute psychiatric conditions, we focus on stabilization through trauma‑informed and patient‑centered approaches. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to creating a therapeutic environment that promotes healing and empowers individuals to achieve their goals. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and strong communication skills while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the candidate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. At least one year RN experience. Benefits Paid Time Off programs.
