This role involves maintaining *servers, networks, and cloud environments*, troubleshooting system issues, and implementing best practices for IT security and performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple technical projects while providing exceptional support to end-users. *Key Responsibilities* * *Manage and maintain IT infrastructure*, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services. * Administer *Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, Office 365, and virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)*. * Monitor system *performance, security, and availability*, ensuring minimal downtime. * Perform *software and hardware upgrades, patches, and security updates*. * Support *network operations*, including firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points. * Implement *backup and disaster recovery solutions* to ensure data integrity. * Troubleshoot and resolve *server, network, and application issues* in a timely manner. * Develop and maintain *IT documentation*, including system configurations, procedures, and best practices. * Enforce *IT security policies* and compliance standards, including access controls and data protection measures. * Assist with *IT projects*, such as system migrations, infrastructure expansions, and cloud integrations. * Provide *technical support and training* to end-users as needed. *Qualifications & Requirements* * *3-5 years of experience* in system administration, network management, or a related IT role. * Strong knowledge of *Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365 administration*. * Experience with *virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)*. * Familiarity with *networking concepts*, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls. * Understanding of *IT security best practices*, including patch management, access controls, and data protection. * Experience with *backup solutions* and disaster recovery planning. * Strong *problem-solving skills* and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Excellent *communication and documentation skills*. * *Certifications* such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE), or Cisco (CCNA) are a plus. *Why Join Us?* * Work with *cutting-edge technologies* in a dynamic IT environment. * Opportunities for *growth and career advancement*. * A collaborative and supportive team culture. xxoysbn * Competitive salary and *comprehensive benefits package*.
