The role involves leveraging advanced technology and high-quality care to provide customized nutritional plans aimed at enhancing patient recovery. This position calls for a professional who can assess patient nutritional needs, develop personalized dietary plans, and monitor their effectiveness while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive rehabilitative care. Assess nutritional needs and dietary restrictions of patients. Develop personalized meal plans that align with medical treatment goals. Consult and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to integrate dietary plans with overall patient care strategies. Monitor patient adherence to dietary plans and adjust as necessary. Educate patients and their families on proper nutritional care. Participate in patient case conferences and team meetings. Stay updated with the latest nutrition research and rehabilitative methods. Expertise in nutritional assessment and personalized meal planning. Strong communicative and educative abilities. Proficient in using dietary analysis software. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Good organizational skills and detail-oriented. Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required. Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN), if applicable by state.
