Job Description
The main duty of a Budtender is to provide excellent customer service to medical and recreational customers. Budtenders build relationships with customers in order to advise them on potential benefits of different products and strains based on their wants and needs.This is a SALES position. There will be sales goals for the stores that the budtenders will work towards. There are also personal sales competitions with product and cash prizes.What you'll do...Actively listen to customer needs/wantsAdvise and suggest products and strains that would coincide with their needsUpsell products and sell add-on items to raise average salesExplain proper usage of productsInform customers about loyalty programWhat we're looking for...Knowledge of cannabis products, uses, and accessoriesSales experience21 years or olderOpen availability for varied hours/days, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHouse of Dank is an equal opportunity employer.
