Senior Accountant (SAP & BlackLine) - Irving, TX We are partnering with a growing organization in Irving, TX that is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join their team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and brings strong experience with SAP and BlackLine. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced accounting tasks while ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and internal controls Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions Prepare and review account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation Support the month-end close process, including journal entries and financial reporting Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and implement improvements Assist in developing and reviewing reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Contribute to process enhancements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions Provide guidance and support to junior team members Core Accounting Functions Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial reports Assist with financial analysis, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods Ensure adherence to GAAP and company accounting standards Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Hands-on experience with SAP and BlackLine (required) Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting processes Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
