Seasonal Production Helper

Redbarn Pet Products is seeking motivated Seasonal Production Helpers to join our team in Great Bend, Kansas for seasonal assignments during May 2026 – August 2026 OR October 2026 – January 2027.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on manufacturing experience, earn competitive pay, and enjoy fully covered travel and housing.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with production tasks and support the manufacturing team.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Reliable and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• No prior experience required – training provided.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to regularly stand, reach, speak, and hear.
• Frequently walk and use hands to handle or feel objects.
• Occasionally climb, balance, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Regularly: 10–25 lbs
• Frequently: up to 50 lbs
• Occasionally: up to 100 lbs
• Must have close, distance, and depth vision.
• Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment (50–60°F).
