Responsibilities Lead a team of 30+ in FOH operations Develop future leaders Serve and lead in restaurant operations 35‑40 hours/week Work out of operation in your department 5‑10 hours/week Learn and apply business strategies to improve organizational performance Lead systems and processes that ensure consistent execution of food safety, food quality, and customer service Partner with other leaders to create goals and inspire progress Oversee business expenses and maximize profits Qualifications Experience in team leadership Excellent verbal and written communication skills Humble servant‑leader Outstanding interpersonal skills Strong project/time management skills Self‑starter with strong follow through Ability to work independently on complex projects Eagerness to continually learn and adapt to change Location: On‑site at Chick‑fil‑A S.
