Locations Brooklyn: Boro Park, Crown Heights and Williamsburg Settings Child's home or playgroup, working with children birth to three years of age. Licensure & Qualifications College degree NYS Occupational Therapist License DOH approval for EI provider for EI cases Experience in Pediatrics Rates OT $60-$70 per 30 minute session OTA $50-$60 per 30 minute session Benefits Health and dental insurance options for full time employees. Supervision provided: Agency sponsored and NYS approved Job Responsibilities Conduct Occupational Therapy programs to facilitate growth in sensory-motor development to increase level of function relative to age in such areas as fine/gross motor skill development, sensory motor integration, sensory modulation, self-care, and activities of daily living. Develop a treatment plan and monitor progress for each child on his/her caseload.
