Serving patients from Leesburg, Middleburg, Ashburn, Chantilly, South Riding, Stone Ridge, and the greater Loudoun County area. We're a sports-focused outpatient orthopedic clinic where you'll have the time, resources, and support to deliver exceptional care while developing your skills alongside experienced clinicians.What You'll Actually Be DoingYour Clinical Day:Treat 12-13 patients per day with 60 minute treatment sessions (not 45-minute mill appointments)Work hands-on with your patients in private treatment rooms or open gymHigh volume of sports injuries and post-operative cases (ACL reconstructions, rotator cuff repairs, total joint replacements, ORIFs, etc...)Use state of the art exercise equipment and advanced manual therapy techniquesHave support from dedicated aides so you can focus on patient careDocument efficiently using WEBPTYour Growth:Collaborate daily with skilled therapists who genuinely want to help you succeedAnnual in-person surgical observation with top orthopedic surgeons in the areaReimbursement for all continuing educationNew graduates receive 1-on-1 mentoring with a senior therapist for a smooth transition to a full caseloadWhy Excel Rehabilitation?We're Different Because We're PT-OwnedA Physical Therapist with nearly 20 years of experience owns and operates this practice, so we understand what it takes to do your job well.
