Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a healthcare team serving our nation's Veterans in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including intake assessments, vital signs, and health screenings
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments within the scope of licensure
• Perform wound care, diagnostic testing, and assist with minor procedures
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatment plans, and preventive health
• Triage patient concerns and coordinate care with physicians and the healthcare team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment while following infection control standards
• Support daily clinical operations and contribute to high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Minimum of one year of LPN experience, preferably in an outpatient or clinical setting
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience with electronic health records preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• A genuine passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
