As a Facilities Systems Operator, you’ll be the go‑to connector—answering inbound calls, dispatching engineers, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. More than that, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) that sets the tone for an outstanding guest experience. THE DAY‑TO‑DAY

Answer all incoming calls concerning maintenance and repairs needed on property and at off‑site locations Input call details into computer system (e.g. HotSOS) Assign work to Engineering employees Respond to life safety system and fire alarm panel, locates area of alarm and dispatches it to Engineering personnel to take action Record all personnel call‑ins and forwards to appropriate staff Maintain dispatch log of all activities performed throughout the day Maintain an accurate accounting of time and activities in emergency situations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Dispatch experience 6+ Months of Prior Administrative experience Availability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays preferred.
