Laboratory Technician

Description The DEXA Technician performs a variety of technical work related to the taking and processing of x-ray films and work relative to the department's scope of activities as required. Upon hire: California Radiologic Technologist or Upon hire: California Limited Permit X-Ray Technician Bone Densitometry Permit. Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Bone Densitometry. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
